Priceline.com Amazing Travel Deals are hard to beat
After sitting down with a local travel agent and waiting over an hour to see if he could find a flight and two nights in a hotel in miami we were surprised the travel agent had such high rates and couldn't even find a suitable flight we gave up and went home tired and confused.
Then we decided to check out the priceline.com website and boy did we get a huge shock at how much lower the rates were on their site.
First thing we did was look at the available flights and rates. To our total surprise and happiness we could not believe how much lower the rates were and how many more flights were available for us to choose from.
Because we booked our flights with priceline they also gave us a four star hotel right where we wanted to stay in miami at substantially lower rates than if we had called up the actual hotel and reserved it ourselves.
Also with price line you can get into an auction type of environment where you can name your own price online live and in real time saving you even more money on our vacation package.
We saved over $1600.00 us over the lowest price our local travel agent provided for three passengers going on a cruise for a week making it the difference between going on a much needed vacation or staying at home.
